Refund policy

Hi, Thank you for shopping with us. Here is our return policy. Please read carefully.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will receive store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Once the return has been sent back within the 14-day timeframe and approved, an email will be sent with a code to use on a new purchase.

 To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. 

Before You Begin Checklist:

1. All returns must be requested through our email within a 14 day window of purchase.

2. The return must be unwashed and unworn; free of any stains, odors, or marks.

3. Damaged, stolen, or lost item(s) during the shipping process we are not responsible for. 

4. Item(s) on sale or purchased with a discount? cannot be returned or exhcanged.

5. Shoes can NOT be returned in the shoe box only; it must have an additional bag or box surrounding it. If shoes are sent without a package, they will be voided and sent back to the customer as *FINAL SALE.*

6. Clothes MUST be sent back in some kind of additional protective layer. They cannot be sent folded up in a mailing bag or box alone. Please insert them back into the plastic bags they came in. If discarded and the customer no longer has this, please provide some kind of protection for the clothes (bubble wrap, plastic, tissue paper. Without this, they can become damaged on delivery and will have to be sent back as *FINAL SALE.*

7. Final sale items and gift card items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. 

8. We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item. We do not accept any altered goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. However, if it was damaged during the shipping process we are not responsible for it.  If you receive the wrong item, contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We offer shipping label thru email. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted.

Please be aware we do NOT do Refunds we ONLY DO exchanges or store credit. 

International Orders:
For all international orders, the shipping rate is a flat rate of $15.
International orders include anywhere outside of the U.S. mainland, including the states of Hawaii and Alaska and the territories of Puerto Rico.
